Donald Zheng is an Australia Principal Solicitor and an Australia Registered Migration Agent. He is the founder and managing partner of Solutions Legal, based in Sydney, Australia.

Solutions Legal, founded in 2012, specializes in business migration to Australia. The firm has a track record in assisting candidates in obtaining permanent visas for themselves and their families. The firm works directly with clients to provide affordable legal advises and services. They are capable of handling complicated cases and tailoring immigration solutions to meet the special needs of each client. They keep up-to-date with the market trend to provide the best project available. Many of Zheng’s clients use Australia’s 188A visa and are small business owners or managers in industries that include restaurants, cafeterias, grocery stores, wine businesses and exports. They have personal assets valued over $800,000 Australian dollars.

Zheng also provides business law services, including: how to buy a small business and do retail leases; debt recovery at local courts; bankruptcy act proceedings; and drafting documents. Before founding Solutions Legal, Zheng worked for another Australian legal practice, where he advised on building contract disputes, home warranty claims, contractual disputes, commercial leases, conveyance works and family law matters, among other areas. Zheng also worked for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia from 2000 to 2006 as an accountant and business analyst.

Zheng immigrated to Australia from China and has been living in the country for 20 years.

Zheng has a bachelor of law degree from the University of New South Wales, a master’s degree from Australian National University, an MBA from Monash University and a bachelor of commerce in accounting from Monash. He is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales, CPA Australia and is admitted to practice in various courts, including the High Court of Australia and Federal Court of Australia.
