Kathia Vianna is a Portugal immigration consultant. She is the founder and CEO of Cidadão Legal, an immigration consultancy firm based in Portugal.

Vianna, who has more than 15 years of experience in advising and civil litigation, consults her clients on visa applications and resident permits. She analyzes documents and certificates, and performs administrative action for attribution/acquisition of Portuguese nationality.

Before starting her own practice in 2017, Vianna worked as an attorney specialist for Brasilcap Financial Services in Brazil. She was also a partner in Pellon & Associados and, before that, she worked for Espirito Santo Associate Attorneys and Ilda Silva Advogados Associados.

Vianna is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association and the Portuguese Bar Association. She earned a bachelor’s degree in law at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She also received a specialist degree in contract law and the economics of law, both from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation.

Vianna speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English.
