Patricia Valadas Coriel is a Portuguese lawyer specialized in immigration, tax, real estate, and venture capital structures. She is a partner at VCA – Valadas Coriel & Associados, a full-service law firm based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Established in 2001, Valadas Coriel & Associados is involved in all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution, labor, real estate, corporate, energy, oil and gas, finance and international projects for local and international clients. The firm assists a vast number of investors in relocating to Portugal.

Valadas Coriel is also co-head of VCA’s immigration department, where she leads a team of 15 people. She counsels clients from around the globe and advises on all kinds of foreign investment, immigration and Portuguese citizenship matters. Prior to joining VCA, Valadas Coriel started her legal career in 2014 at the corporate department of VDA – Vieira de Almeida e Associados.

Valadas Coriel holds a post-graduate degree in law and management from Nova School of Business and Economics. She is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association and International Bar Association.
