Ricardo da Silva Louro is a Portugal immigration consultant. He is a senior lawyer based in Estoril, Portugal, for Martínez-Echevarría & Ferreira, Sociedade de Advogados.

Martínez-Echevarría & Ferreira was established in 1983 and is based in Marbella, Spain, with other offices throughout Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Romania and Bulgaria. Its practice areas include real estate and urban planning, labor law, maritime law, tax law and immigration law.

Louro has been with Martínez-Echevarría & Ferreira since 2014. He helps clients with immigration law, such as residency and citizenship in Portugal and Golden Visas.
