Can grandchildren be added to my application for MRVP?

My grandchildren lost their parents and currently, my wife and I are their guardians. We want to apply for Malta’s residency program and wonder if our grandchildren could be added as our dependents.

Yes, your grandchildren can form part of your IIP application.

On the basis that your grandchildren are minors and your dependants in view of the guardianship entrusted in you, then the grandchildren can be included. However, evidence will need to be provided with the application.
