What is the benefit of purchasing properties from the secondary CBI real estate market for Grenada’s CBI program?

I heard that recently the Grenadian government has opened up the island’s secondary CBI real estate market. New investors can now purchase properties that have been held by past investors for the requisite period and then resold. What are the benefits of doing this compared to purchasing a new property?

That is a possibility. However, you have to be sure that you would befit from the concessions which are received when buying direct from an approved project.

What I would say is that there are no disadvantages in buying such properties. You may be able to get a better deal from the owners of property in approved projects who may be eager to sell in terms of pricing, which is a clear benefit.
