What will be the impact of the European Commission's new warning on Malta's CBI program?

Can foreign applicants continue to apply to investment immigration programs in Malta, or will they have to wait for two months until the Maltese government's reply satisfies the European Commission?

Yes, foreign applicants who meet the eligibility criteria can continue to apply for Malta's Citizenship for Exceptional Services by Direct Investment.

In the short term, none. Applicants are still welcome to apply for the Maltese immigration programs.
