Another way to acquire Turkish citizenship is through a request at the end of a long-term residence permit. However, the most important point here is that the foreigner must have legitimately resided in Turkey for 5 years. Foreigners who meet this condition can apply for Turkish citizenship. It is also possible to acquire Turkish citizenship through marriage. Accordingly, there are conditions such as the marriage must have lasted for at least three years and the couple must live in family unity. In order to be able to reside in Turkey, you will need a bank receipt along with some documents you need to obtain from your country. Of course, the Immigration Office will welcome the fact that you have regular inflows and outflows of money in the bank receipts and that you have a large amount of money in your bank account.

Unfortunately, no. Turkey does not offer such long term residence based on proof of passive income or retirement.
