Eduardo Flores is a corporate, immigration, and criminal lawyer in San Jose, Ca. His firm also handles international arbitration, commercial, business, labor, property horizontal, contract dispute, maritime, divorce, inheritance, civil, and criminal cases.

Flores is also a professor of law at the Latina University of Costa Rica. Previously, he was also a law professor at the Catholic University of Costa Rica.

Flores serves as president of the Association of Electoral Observers of Costa Rica, having been an international observer in Panama, Peru, Ecuador, Puerto Rico, and Mexico. He’s also been an observer delegate to the General Assembly of the Organization of American States (OAS.) Flores is president of the Immigration Law Commission of the Costa Rican Bar Association.

Born in Venezuela, Flores attended elementary school there and later moved to the United States, settling in Miami, Fla. He enrolled in a military academy and received his high school diploma. He continued his studies at Miami Dade Community College and the University of Miami, where he received a marketing degree. Flores speaks Spanish and English.
