Brian Bullard strategizes promising private equity transactions and/or joint-ventures. His practice centers on the structuring, forming and managing of private investment vehicles including private equity transactions, hedge funds and hybrid funds as well as joint ventures, operating companies, managed accounts and special-purpose projects.
Bullard represents clients in commercial real estate transactions. His experience includes assisting with the acquisition, financing and development of various real estate development projects, including office parks, medical centers and mixed-use properties.
Bullard’s other achievements include acquiring a $4.3 billion real estate equity investment advisory business, including investment management contracts and general partnership interests. This portfolio included 129 multifamily and commercial properties in the United States, as well as 41 multifamily and commercial assets in Europe.
Bullard has also successfully formed special-purpose joint ventures set to acquire real-estate related assets sought after by fund managers, family offices and high net worth individuals. Bullard helped a real estate investment trust (REIT) with its acquisition of a 21-hotel portfolio worth about $250 million.
He is admitted to practice law in Texas. He was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Texas Super Lawyers in 2017, as well as in 2011-2013. He is also active in his community, participating in programs developed for Capital for Kids and the Children’s Medical Center of Dallas.
