This portfolio included 129 multifamily and commercial properties in the United States, as well as 41 multifamily and commercial assets in Europe.

Bullard has also successfully formed special-purpose joint ventures set to acquire real-estate related assets sought after by fund managers, family offices and high net worth individuals. Bullard helped a real estate investment trust (REIT) with its acquisition of a 21-hotel portfolio worth about $250 million.

He is admitted to practice law in Texas. He was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Texas Super Lawyers in 2017, as well as in 2011-2013. He is also active in his community, participating in programs developed for Capital for Kids and the Children’s Medical Center of Dallas.
