Nelson Lee is a commercial real estate broker. He is currently an associate real estate broker at Marcus & Millichap in New York City. He is also co-chair of Global Capital Group, specializing in investment sales transactions.

At Marcus & Millichap, which he joined in 2017, he works on investment advisory services with the pan-Asian family offices and institutional investors. He finds real estate opportunities throughout New York, with a specialty in investment sales in Manhattan with Chinese and other international investors. He also provides other services, from consulting to debt origination.

Lee has 35 years of real estate experience with about $1.6 billion in aggregate real estate transactions to his credit.

In 2009, Lee founded NCL Capital, which focused on data analytics and real estate services, such as acquiring, selling and borrowing commercial assets. Lee also served as managing director at Voltaire Capital, specializing in commercial acquisition and financing. Lee graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo with a bachelor’s degree in management information systems.
