Roseline Moey is a Malaysia My Second Home agent based in Penang, Malaysia. Her family company, Alter Domus (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd., was the first licensee of the Malaysia My Second Home program, which allows applicants and their families to live and retire on a long-term basis in Malaysia.

Alter Domus, which means “second home” in Latin, helps with the visa application process. It also provides home management, driver’s license conversion and other assistance. Moey has been with Alter Domus since 2004 and serves as a partner, co-founder and director.

Moey worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Singapore as a chartered secretary from 1997 to 2001. She was a key person during the Singapore merger of Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand.

Moey has also worked as a banking executive in 1996 and 1997, and as a company secretary.

She received a business management diploma in 1996 from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College in Malaysia. In 1997, she graduated as a chartered secretary from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
