Dr. Silvio Cilia is an immigration attorney and an authorized agent for the Maltese RCBI programs. He is one of the founding partners at the law firm, Corrieri Cilia, which is based in Birkirkara city, Malta.

Corrieri Cilia was founded in 2009. It is a multi-disciplinary law firm with experience in residency and citizenship planning.

Cilia has been an accredited agent for the Maltese CBI program since 2015; he has been advising clients on the benefits of using Malta for wealth structuring, estate planning and tax optimization for many years. He also specializes in indirect taxation, international tax planning, value added tax, customs law, Maltese trading and holding companies etc.

Cilia also serves on the board of several companies in Malta; he is a director at the Fortia International Services Limited. Previously, he worked as director at Global Translation Solutions and as manager tax at KPMG.

Cilia earned his doctorate in law degree from the University of Malta, an LLM from Leiden International Tax Centre in the Netherlands, and also holds a diploma in trust law and administration.

Cilia has membership in the International Fiscal Association, the Malta Institute of Financial Services Practitioners, the Chamber of Advocates of Malta and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

He is fluent in Maltese, English, Italian and French.
