Natalia Mulford is a Panama immigration and investor visa attorney based in Panama City, Panama. She is managing partner of Mulford Abogados, where she specializes in corporate matters, migration and succession planning of individuals and companies. Mulford also works with different types of visas under Panamanian law, particularly investor visas. She applies her own experience as an immigrant to help her clients.
Mulford founded Mulford Abogados in 2012. Prior to that, she worked for other firms in Panama and Colombia. From 2005 to 2009, she was a manager and attorney at Ballard & Ballard Sucursal Colombia in the country’s capital, Bogota. She focused on corporate and financial law, immigration, real estate, public and private procurement processes, equity protection, banking, aviation law, maritime law, administrative law, energy and telecommunications. She also worked from 2004 to 2005 for Ballard & Ballard in Panama, directing its offshore department.
In 2004 Mulford, a native of Colombia, earned her law degree at North University in Barranquilla, Colombia. While attending the university, she worked as a research coordinator, exploring the causes of homicide and what influences success or failure in criminal investigations.
In 2007, she earned her master’s in international business law from the University of los Andes, in Bogota.
